Service changes provide value for money
Automated payment kiosks are being installed at our public offices in a bid to improve services, cut costs and provide value for money.
The kiosks are just one part of the cost saving changes being made at our offices following the end of the agreement with North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC) to provide customer access for enquiries about services provided by Shoreline.
From 1 April 2011:
New self-serve allpay kiosks will be introduced
The Shoreline Customer Service Centre, Grimsby and Nunsthorpe’s ‘Make the Neighbourhood Better’ Centre will remain open and will continue to provide an advisory service
Customers will no longer be able to access Shoreline services or make payments from any North East Lincolnshire Council office
Shoreline will no longer provide cashiering services for North East Lincolnshire Council customers.
